After the last couple of days of getting all technological and trying to take over the world, Ed decided it was time to get back to nature and harvest some of the carrots he’d been growing. The one he’s holding was a bit wobbly because he forgot to thin out the carrots enough, and a couple of them grew around each other.
I washed the carrots, cut off the leaves, sprinkled with olive oil and sea salt and then roasted for 45 minutes in a hot oven. They were awesome.
